Would appriciate any info on the  Sydney _ Perth route.  I`m planning a
trip in the near future and am curious about  it. I`ve heard that it`s a
spectacular journey.

I wonder how the IP compares with some of
the AMTRAK__Superliners operating out of
Chicago,USA    Will be greatful for any type
of description.   Thank you.
