No after the system of sections, VicRail (as know then) had a system 
of 4 Zones.  I have all the leaflets at home, with all the tickets,
zones etc.  Then after about 2 years they made the Met and created 
the system of 12? Neighboughoods, Then the current
 system of 3 zones.

So I do mean 4 zones.
