Not sure how many platforms to be built for St Leonards, but as far as I 
know, there are no plans to quadruple the section betw Nth Sydney & 
Chatswood. Reasonable to assume that only 2 platforms will be req'd for 
St Leonards. 

In any case considerable earthworks would be req'd to convert Waverton & 
Wollstonecraft stations and Bay Road Tunnel to four tracks for limited 
gain.
