Regarding other control centers, Frankston's control room covered the
line from Frankston to Aspendale inclusive. The only other premium
station in this section is Carrum. This gives Frankston about 8
stations under its control.
Now that control of the Stony Point pass is now with Bayside Trains,
Frankston's 'control' may be extended to cover the Stony Point line.
