Sorry, I am not sure whether you have tried this, but have you contacted
the P.T.C. before? Have you tried their Public Relations Dept. (not the
toll free number, but the P.T.C. main switchboard should be able to put
you through - Tel: 9619 1111), who might be able to put you to the right
area.
