I won't bet on that. NR have apparently been speed restircted to 100kph in 
South Australia by Track Access. Unless they want to slow down the Indian 
Pacific rather a lot it will need to use a locomotive that can go faster.
Also yesterdays Perth bound IP left with ALF20 + ALF23 hauling. ALF20 was 
supposed to go onto the coal train at Port Augusta. It was a double IP with 
a power car at each end. The power car at the lead end appeared to have been 
put on at short notice, as the electricians seems to be giving it a good 
checking over and a fuel tanker was parked next to it filling up the cars 
diesel tanks.
