According to this morning's (17/10) Herald Sun (p. 6), the delay was
caused by "severed signalling cables near North Melbourne station with
front-end loader ... by the CityLink builders". Furthermore, this
accident "could still affect peak-hour commuters on western suburb
lines".

Not surprised and not impressed!!!!
