Mick,

A good question! As far as I know, they are fully wired up and ready to
switched on (well, those at Glenferrie anyway).

Perhaps our Govt. is so busy with the WorkCover Reform, our ATMs have
just been shunted to a siding and "OUT TILL .... (who knows?)"!!
