What about the time there were no engines for the Ettamogah paper train, so 
they grabbed a couple of engines out of Albury (not sure which, but they might 
have been H or T or Y classes???) and sent them on the train.  Two weeks 
later, someone told network control about it!  These engines were not 
certified to go past Albury.  They were not even tested to be in gauge or 
fitted with NSW Vigilance control.
