I reckon it's a fake. Look closely at the image and you will notice only 6 
"holes" in the rails. Assuming that the loco is a Bo-Bo, shouldnt there 
have been one more set of burns?

Otherwise, how many locos only have 3 powering wheelsets in that particular 
config?
