re - Queenslander and Sunlander trains

Good Morning

Can you please let me know if either the Queenslander or Sunlander trains
stop at Shute Harbour to collect passengers going to Port Douglas?

I have a client who will be in Hamilton Island then catch the ferry to Shute
Harbour hopefully meeting up with a train to Port Douglas.  Also how long
does the train take and what times are available (15 September).
