Photos of them operating in Europe are regularly posted in
alt.binaries.pictures.rail
The UK magazine Tramways & Urban Transit has photos of them in Europe
most months (also had a photo recently of Combinos in Hiroshima Japan
which has bought a fleet of them).
The magazine's website, www.lrta.org , has a photo of an Orleans
Citadis on its homepage at present. Same model as the Melbourne one.
