Does anyone know if the Toolamba to Echuca line has been brought back
into service after a farmer drove his tractor over the track near
Kyabram and lifted the track off the ground leaving a rail suspended in
mid air. I take it that getting this line back in service would not be
high on the agenda for Freight Australia as they have not run a goods
along it for a few months now. The last movement along the line that I
recall was EM100 which was actually recording for a change. V/Line
Freight used it more for rice trains in the eight months it has use of
it than Freight Vic who only used it once for a rice program that lasted
a week back July last year.
