I would greatly appreciate a response
from you with regards to obtaining more detailed information on
Victoria's transport privatisation.
Our company is called GR Plastics Pty Ltd
and we are in the fibreglass and composites manufacturing industry located
in Dandenong, Victoria. All we are interested in are:
Who should we contact in the consortium
regarding our fibreglass products and services?
Where are the
headquarters?
Where are the
workshops/admin?
Who does the consortium consist
of?
At present, my research has not been
fully detailed as I am missing the more important information. All I do
know is that there are five private businesses who have taken over the transport
franchises in August 1999 with three running operators. The three
operators being National Express, Metrolink and Melbourne Transport Enterprises
(please correct me if my information is inaccurate).
Our main jobs included PTC
(Victoria) and the Department of Defence (Victoria) plus other major
